I am a designer-maker who plays with material, form and process. My work is a collection of experiments with objects and tools, much of it inspired by the beauty and intricacy of nature.
I am a qualified carpenter, joiner, silversmith, metalworker, teacher and a wine snob. I sculpt, design and make furniture, fix things that don’t work and occasionally spin fire.
After graduating from Camberwell College of Art as a mature student, I spent 12 years teaching Design & Technology in London schools.
